SHIPPING POLICY

In-house items will be shipped to you within 4-5 business days after receiving your payment.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Made-to-order items: Some of our products are print-on-demand and are made especially for you when you order them. These items need production time plus shipping time, so please allow 7-12 business days for them to arrive.

 

How do we ship?

We ship most orders through USPS. Some orders may ship with UPS.

You will be provided shipping confirmation via email/text once your shipping label is created. Our shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number, making it easy for you to track your order.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order up until the time it has shipped from our headquarters. If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. Once it is returned, we can fully refund you.

What do I do if I put in the wrong address?
Please note that the customer is responsible for putting in the correct address at checkout. If need be, contact us by email to get your address resolved before shipping. Please note that addresses entered during checkout are not changed or altered in any way.
